The Monolith LeChef PRO-Serie 2.0 boiler grill made of solid ceramic will make your grilling season more enjoyable. Charcoal is used exclusively as fuel. Thanks to the ceramic jacket and heating element, it maintains a high temperature for a very long time. On the 52 cm diameter grill grate you can prepare all your favourite delicacies. The grill allows four types of food preparation - direct and indirect grilling, baking and smoking. There are two levels of grilling, a classic grill for normal use and a raised grill for roasting or indirect grilling. Convenient operation is ensured by a spring-loaded lid with integrated thermometer, bamboo handle and air vent for air regulation.

SGS grid system
The basic equipment of the grill includes a smart and variable grill system SGS (Smart Grid System), which allows you to combine different ways of cooking food at the same time. Thanks to this system, the grill surface can be divided into two zones, a direct zone for rapid searing and an indirect zone for slower cooking. If you grill the meat on one side, you can simultaneously prepare the side dish in the cast iron pot on the other side. The SGS system includes a split stainless steel grill grate, split deflector stone for temperature control and convenient drip pans for easy cleaning.

The Monolith LeChef PRO-Serie 2.0 grill includes a number of features to support comfortable grilling. The grill is equipped with a small door for adding smoking chips. You can feed the smoking pellets directly into the hot coals without having to open the lid of the grill, allowing you to maintain a stable temperature inside without having to interrupt the food preparation. You will also appreciate the handy ash scoop and a smoke chip dispenser. Handling and preparation is made easier a grate lifter and two bamboo tables. The grill includes a stable stand with wheels, which are complemented by a locking function, allowing easy handling even on uneven surfaces.
Durable materials
The Monolith LeChef PRO-Serie 2.0 is made of ceramic with a black glossy glaze in combination with stainless steel. The stand is made of powder-coated steel, which guarantees a long service life. Side folding tables are made of the highest quality bamboo that can withstand a variety of delicacies, whether hot or cold, but are also suitable for cutting vegetables or herbs. Here you can store not only the prepared ingredients, spices, but also grilling tools.
Precise temperature for food preparation
The Monolith grill includes a ceramic plate that serves as a heat shield for indirect grilling - it is placed under the fuel basket and firebox. Another ceramic plate is placed above the firebox and is equipped with a spreader bracket. Thanks to the built-in thermometer in the lid of the grill, you will have an overview of the temperature of the food you are preparing. You can conveniently regulate the temperature inside the grill using the cast iron air vent flap. PThe charcoal basket with a partition allows easier handling of charcoal.
