The Metabo HC 260 C 2.8 DNB electric planer with drag can be easily converted from a planer to a thicknesser (and vice versa) without tools. The machine features a durable solid grey cast iron table and a powerful maintenance-free three-phase motor, which together with the double-edged planing knives ensure perfectly even workpiece processing. The planing height (max. 160 mm) is adjusted by a hand crank, while the automatic workpiece feed at 5 m/min is ensured by a reliable gearbox. The planer HC 260 C 2,8 DNB allows infinitely adjustable chip removal in the range of 0 - 3 mm (for both levelling and thicknessing) and is equipped with a tilting coupling stop (90 - 45°). There is also a motor restart protection that prevents the machine from unintentionally starting after a power interruption. The set also includes a separate sawdust extractor SPA 1200 with a 65 litre dust bag to ensure a clean working environment.

Sawdust extractor for woodworking machines Metabo SPA 1200
Included in the package is a separate device for efficient sawdust extraction SPA 1200, which is designed for (semi-) stationary woodworking machines (country-specific regulations must be followed). The hood is equipped with dust filter material of class L and integrated earthing to protect against electrostatic discharge. Thanks to the easy connection via a 100mm hose connection and practical wheels, you can easily move the hood from place to place. In addition, the base is secured against tipping and has a support for mounting a 65 litre sawdust bag.
