Strong roof and locking option
It is equipped with a strong roof that is reinforced with steel. It can withstand loads of up to 150 kg/m², so it can withstand a heap of snow. It has double doors and small windows to let the sunlight in. The manufacturer has also taken care of a suitable ventilation system. The house gets enough air to prevent the accumulation of moisture. The front door is fitted with a latch that can be fitted with a padlock for added security.
Evotech technology
For greater stability and durability, the house has reinforced double walls made of technologically advanced Evotech composite material. It was created by coextrusion, which is the process of pressing 2 (or more) materials through the same die. The resulting polymer then perfectly combines the aesthetics of real wood with the best properties of plastics, making it completely resistant to UV rays and extreme precipitation and weather conditions. This makes the house look like it has just been taken out of its packaging and assembled, even after ten years. Moreover, it is low-maintenance, it does not need to be impregnated at all and you only need a cloth with hot water to clean it.
