The rugged GÜDE MBSD 116 digital band saw on base is designed for cutting round and square workpieces made of metal, cast iron or plastic with a diameter of up to 115 mm. The saw has a folding frame for cutting on an additional workbench and an adjustable vice that allows angled cuts in the range of 0 - 45°. The saw arm pressure can be precisely adjusted with the lever, while the Vario Speed function allows you to infinitely adjust the blade speed from 21 to 44 m/min. There is also a built-in LED display that shows the currently selected speed. For easier transporting the machine from place to place, the saw is placed on a stable base with a handling handle and two transport wheels. The GÜDE MBS 116 digital band saw is not designed for cutting wood.

With overall dimensions of 98 × 45 × 90 cm, the GÜDE MBS 116 digital metal saw has a robust cast-iron frame with a reliable 3-point saw blade guide (using ball bearings). It is ideal for cutting metal, plastic and cast iron materials, such as flat bars, closed profiles, pipes, angles, etc. All round and square workpieces can be cut, as long as they can be securely clamped in the machine vise to prevent them from jumping out. Handling the saw GÜDE MBS 116 digital is made easy by the sturdy base with transport handle and two wheels for easy transport.
High performance and a range of useful features
The GÜDE MBS 116 digital band saw is equipped with a powerful 550W carbon electric motor and can be used for both vertical and horizontal cutting. There is also the option to set the belt speed between 21 and 44 metres per minute, with the selected speed displayed on the clear LCD display. Precise work is made possible by a depth stop and a lever for precise adjustment of the saw arm pressure. The GÜDE MBS 116 Digital also includes a transport safety and a dust-proof switch.
