Splitting axe Fiskars X11 / 122,440 is equipped with medium long haft. The blade is made of high quality steel (blade hardness of 55 HRC) and coated with a sliding PTFE layer (for less resistance when cutting). Like other Fiskars axes, this model offers a perfect balance between the head and the hanft for safe, comfortable and efficient use. Moreover, the haft is made of FiberComp material, which makes the axe virtually indestructible. 

This axe is ideal for cutting branches and small logs.
