The Extol Premium 8894512 tip soldering iron is designed for soft soldering that requires precision and control of tip temperature, for example in jewellery production or electronics. With the appropriate tip, the soldering iron can also be used for burning symbols into wood or for small cutting and joining of plastics. The tip of the soldering iron heats the ceramic body with an internal heating element, and the soldering temperature can be set between 220 and 480 °C using the control wheel. The plastic transition between the metal and plastic part of the soldering iron is made of special heat-resistant plastic and the handle is silicone coated, which ensures a comfortable grip on the tool while working. Standard soldering tips type 900M can be used with Extol Premium 8894512. The package also includes an easel, a practical case, two stencils for drawing letters and 36 different nibs.
