Bradley Smoker - Pacific Blend Briquette 48 pieces

The Bradley smoker secret lies in the hidden flavour in their wood briquettes. Wood sawdust is used in their production. The sawdust is pressed together at the correct densities under a precisely controlled pressure. The taste of smoked meals varies considerably depending on which type of wood has been used. Pacific Blend Briquettes have a delicate scent and pure taste and are suitable for smoking fish and seafood.

Key Features

  • Delicate flavour and pure scent
  • Made of premium wood
  • Smoking without undesirable gases and fumes
  • 16 hours of smoke

The principle of smoking in the Bradley smokehouse

Bradley smokes one briquette for 20 minutes. It produces a pure smoky wood flavour with a cool smoke. Once a briquette is finished, the smoke automatically pushes it into a bowl of water to prevent unwanted ash bursts. Subsequently, another briquette is loaded from the container to keep the smoking process running.

When burning briquettes there is no burning, thus preserving the pure taste of the selected wood. If a higher temperature of combustion of wood occurs, undesirable gases and combustion resin products would be generated. But this does not happen in Bradley smokers, so you do not have to worry that these unwanted phenomena will disrupt the perfect taste of your smoked meals.
