The Principle of Smoking in the Bradley Smokehouse
The Bradley Smokehouse burns one briquette every 20 minutes. It produces a pure taste in the cold wood smoke. Once a briquette is used, the smoke generator automatically pushes it into a bowl of water to prevent unwanted ash bursts. Subsequently, another briquette is loaded from the container to automatically keep the smoking process running.
When burning briquettes there is no burning, thus preserving the pure taste of the selected wood. If a higher temperature of combustion of wood occurs, undesirable gases and combustion resin products will be generated. But this does not happen in the Bradley Smokehouse, so you do not have to worry that these unwanted phenomena disrupting the perfect taste of your smoked meals.
