Special indicator lights with LED icons inform you when metal or a live cable has been detected. When the light turns red, it means an object has been detected. Orange indicates that a metal object is nearby, while green means it's safe to drill. The detector is ready to use immediately, is automatically calibrated, and is very easy to operate. It features a button for instantly starting a scan. It is powered by 3 AAA batteries. If not in use, it will automatically switch off after 10 minutes.
