Borniak Digital stainless steel smoker BBDS-NT-70 with timer / Inox 1.5CZ

The new generation of Borniak BBDS-NT-70 / Inox 1.5CZ digital smokers brings improved design and higher efficiency. The model is equipped with a new drip tray that improves airflow and removes grease to optimise the smoking process. Adjustable feet allow easy adjustment of the smoker's stability, with optional castors for better handling (not included). Reinforced chamber construction with upgraded insulation and better sealing contributes to more efficient temperature retention. A new feature is the control panel with timer, which allows independent setting of the working time of the heating element, smoke generator and fan, thus ensuring maximum control over the smoking process.

Digital control and economical operation

The smokehouse allows smoking with cold and hot smoke with a temperature range of 45 °C - 150 °C, while digital control ensures precise temperature control and low operating costs. The capacity of 70 litres and six levels of grates allow smoking up to 10 kg of meat or other products.The smoke generator provides constant smoke production for up to 8 hours, depending on the type of wood chips. The smoker is equipped with a chimney damper, which allows the smoke density to be regulated according to the user's requirements. Silicone seals and magnetic closure increase efficiency and minimize heat loss.

The inner part of the smoker is made of food-safe stainless steel, while its outer shell is made of polished stainless steel sheet, which guarantees not only an elegant appearance but also high hygiene standards. The smokehouse is supplied with complete accessories, including a smoke generator, hanging rods, drip tray, water bowls, a chimney with a damper, grid, hooks and special BBQ bowls.The pack also contains 5 pcs of Borniak 2L wood chips, which are made without chemical additives and preservatives, ensuring the natural taste of smoked food.

The smoker is carefully packed in cardboard packaging that guarantees safe transport without risk of damage. Each model is marked with a unique serial number, which facilitates possible service. The product meets all European directives and is approved for contact with food. The collective fees of Elektrowin and Ekokom are already included.
