The new generation of Borniak BBDS-NT-150 / Inox 1.5CZ digital smokers brings a number of innovations that increase efficiency, comfort and smoking quality. The new drip tray ensures better airflow and grease removal, while the adjustable feet allow stable positioning with the option of replacing the castors (not included). The cross-linked chamber design with improved insulation and sealing contributes to even temperature maintenance and lower energy consumption. The smoker is equipped with a new digital control panel with timer, which allows independent adjustment of the working time of the heating element, smoke generator and fan, providing maximum control over the smoking process.

Large capacity and efficient operation

The smokehouse allows smoking with cold and hot smoke with a temperature range of 45 °C - 150 °C, while digital control ensures precise temperature control and low operating costs. With a capacity of 150 litres and 7 levels of grates, it provides enough space for smoking up to 20 kg of meat or other products.The smoke generator ensures constant smoke production for up to 8 hours, depending on the type of wood chips. The chimney damper allows easy control of the smoke density. The silicone seal and magnetic closure help to minimize heat loss, making the smoker energy efficient.
