Electro-galvanised finish

Electro-galvanisation provides a more attractive, coloured finish compared to hot-dip galvanising. It protects against corrosion on products intended for dry indoor areas where moisture rarely occurs. The zinc coating thickness is approximately 12 microns.
The electro-galvanising processSimilar to hot-dip galvanising, the product is properly cleaned and prepared before the process begins. The products are then immersed in a zinc salt solution connected to a DC power source. The pure zinc dissolves, migrates to the cathode, and deposits onto its surface.
Advantages of electro-galvanising
Uniform zinc layer (even in hard-to-reach areas)
Neater appearance than hot-dip galvanising
