PVC, ABS, metals, stones, glass, different plastics for different materials, such as metals, plastics, glass, marble, calculus, plexiglass, stoves, etc., also mirrors for smooth surfaces and bonding of expanded polystyrene to metals (eg insulation of garage doors), for paving, tiling, etc.
Instructions:
Bonding and fixing: Bonded surfaces must be dry and dust-free. Apply the adhesive on one side in dots or strips and press together. For heavy materials, fix the glued parts for 2 hours. The joint reaches full strength after 4 hours. The condition is that at least one material must be porous. Glued parts can be corrected for a few minutes. Uncured adhesive can be removed with a wet cloth.
Seal: Apply the sealant evenly to the joints. Smooth with a damp (lemon-free detergent water) within 10 minutes with a spatula, spatula or finger. Seal vertical joints from the bottom up. The surface is dry in about 15 minutes. Complete curing occurs after a few days (depending on the thickness). The curing speed is approximately 2 mm / 24 hours.
Temperature resistance:
from -40 to +100 ° C
Yield:
5 - 8 m2/kg
Warning:
Use in the range of 5 to 40 ° C. Shelf life 18 months in a cool and dry place. The glue must not freeze. If you overpaint the joint, always test the effect of the colours first. Alkyd paints can slow down the joint injury time.
