The 3M Performance Gravity HVLP Replacement Nozzle with a 2 mm inner diameter is designed for spraying a wide range of industrial and automotive coatings including highly viscous coatings, sprayable fillers, high performance coatings, surface coatings, sealants, single stage topcoats, solvent-based paints, waterborne varnishes and clearcoats. The replacement nozzle is designed for use exclusively with the 3M spray gun and the 3M PPS Series 2.0 gravity spray cup system. The spray nozzle attaches to the needle of the 3M Performance spray gun and is tightly secured to the spray gun with a specially designed locking collar. No tools are required to change the nozzle. When using the spray nozzle, paints and coatings do not pass through the body of the spray gun, they only pass through the spray head, after changing the nozzle the spray gun is clean, no need to wash it. The package contains 5 spare nozzles.
