The HiLook WR-AX WiFi router brings a modern Wi-Fi 6 wireless network to homes and offices. The device operates in dual-band mode and provides a total transfer speed of up to 3,000Mb/s on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. The device efficiently handles network requests and can operate in temperatures from 0°C to 40°C. Wi-Fi Connectivity, Speed, and Network Security
This device fully supports the 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax standards and splits traffic between two frequency bands. MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies enable parallel communication with multiple client stations without transmission delays. The TxBeamforming feature actively tracks the position of connected end devices and directs the signal radiation towards them. Data security on the network is ensured by the WPA3 encryption standard, which is complemented by the older WPA and WPA2 protocols. The built-in firewall prevents unauthorised external access, and the ability to hide the SSID increases the level of privacy. For visitors, a separate Guest Zone wireless network can be created with restricted access to the main network resources.
Management, Modes, and Connectivity
The device offers flexibility with three operating modes, including classic router, signal repeater, and AP access point. Setup and monitoring are done through a web interface or mobile app, with the option for remote management via the TR-069 protocol. The system supports IPv6 addressing and advanced routing, including VLAN management. Physical connection to the external network and end devices is provided by gigabit Ethernet ports with automatic speed adjustment. A wired internet connection is provided by one dedicated WAN port, which is complemented by three LAN ports for desktop computers, TVs, or network storage at speeds of up to 1Gbit/s.
