Dosing:
Dissolve 2 teaspoons in 200 ml of hot water (not boiling), take 5 times a day. For children aged 3 to 12 years, give half the dose. Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Suitable for children from 3 years of age.
