The base of the pot is a special sandwich bottom that combines three layers of materials for optimal functionality. The outer layer of ferromagnetic stainless steel (type 430) allows for use on induction hobs. The middle aluminium layer ensures fast and even heat distribution across the entire base. The inner surface, made of 304 stainless steel, is acid-resistant and suitable for contact with food. The handles are attached to the body of the pot with a multi-point system, which increases their strength during handling.
