The HENDI 627679 crêpe pan, with a diameter of 28cm, is made from durable aluminium and is suitable for all heat sources, even for use in the oven. Aluminium provides even heat distribution, so the pan is ready to use quickly. The handle is made of epoxy-coated steel. The non-stick “marble” coating has a high temperature resistance (up to 260°C). The coating is triple-layered and is wear-resistant. It is very easy to clean after use.
