HARRACHOV 1712 UFO Champagne Glasses, Hand-blown Czech Crystal, 200ml, 2pcs

The HARRACHOV 1712 Ufo set of two champagne glasses combines traditional Czech glassmaking with distinctive design. Each glass is hand-blown Czech crystal, created in one of the country's oldest glassworks. With a 200ml capacity, these stemmed glasses are designed for serving champagne and other sparkling wines. Their lead-free crystal construction gives them a high shine and clarity.

Traditional Czech glassmaking craft

Each glass from the Ufo collection is the result of the honest handiwork of glassmakers from Harrachov, a glassworks with over three hundred years of history. The lead-free crystal construction results in high brilliance and transparency, and contributes to greater durability compared to regular glass. This material allows the colour and sparkle of the drink to stand out fully. Thanks to the hand-blowing process, each piece is an original with subtle nuances that attest to its unique origin and craftsmanship.

Design and practical use

The specific shape of the glasses, which gave the Ufo collection its name, is not just an aesthetic feature. The slightly closed rim helps to concentrate the aromas of the sparkling wine and retain its fizz for longer. The glasses stand on a stable stem for comfortable holding without warming the contents with your hand. Despite their delicacy and handmade nature, maintenance is easy. The glasses are dishwasher-safe, but it is recommended to select a gentle programme and suitable detergents to maintain their long-lasting shine.

When washing in a dishwasher, use a gentle programme designed for glass.
