GYNELLA Cystilab is a food supplement to support a healthy urinary tract. A unique dietary supplement containing dried cranberry juice, blueberry fruit juice, extract of Echinacea purpurea (purple coneflower), symbiotic bacteria (Lactobacillus reuteri) and D-mannose.

How else can you help maintain the defences of your urinary tract? Maintain good hygiene, especially after sex. Drink enough fluids (especially clean water, 2.5–3L daily). Don't hold 'it' in until the last minute; go to the toilet as soon as you feel the urge (if you hold your urine for a long time, bacteria can multiply in it). Prefer showers to baths (avoid perfumed shower gels and bath foams). Live a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise + reduce salt and protein intake, eat plenty of vegetables and fruit.
Active Ingredients
- Lactobacilli - Cystilab contains lactobacilli in a high concentration of 3 billion CFU per daily dose. Lactobacillus is a bacteria native to the body that colonises healthy tissues (e.g., the intestinal environment, vagina, etc.).
- Dried cranberry juice - Supports natural immunity. It also synergistically complements the power of the other ingredients contained in this food supplement.
- Blueberry fruit juice - Blueberries act as a powerful antioxidant, protecting cells from free radicals.
- Echinacea extract - has a positive effect on the health and normal function of the urinary tract. It also helps to support the body's natural defences.
- D-mannose - This is a simple sugar that occurs naturally in the body and can be found in nature in some types of fruit. It is not metabolised in the body, but is excreted by the kidneys into the bladder and from there into the urinary tract. In the urine, bacteria bind to the D-mannose, which quickly flushes them out of the body. Each dose of Cystilab for intensive care (3 sachets) contains 3,000mg of D-mannose.

Sachet B: D-mannose from corn; Maltodextrin; Sweeteners: Sorbitol, Sucralose; Blueberry fruit juice powder; Acidity regulator: Citric acid; Colour: Beetroot; Cranberry juice powder (Vaccinium macrocarpon); Flavouring; Purple coneflower (herbal dry extract from Echinacea purpurea); Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 sachet A together with sachet B once a day (max. 3 sachets A+B/day), preferably in the evening before bedtime or in the morning on an empty stomach and with an empty bladder. Dissolve both sachets in a glass of water (180ml) and drink the resulting suspension immediately after preparation. To maintain the physiological condition of the urinary tract, use 1 sachet A together with sachet B daily for 10 days per month (for at least three consecutive months). On days when you need intensive care, take 3 sachets A+B daily for the first 2 days, then 2 sachets A+B daily on the third and fourth day, one A+B in the morning on an empty stomach and one A+B in the evening before bed. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day, spread evenly throughout the day. Strictly observe personal hygiene rules and do not use aggressive soaps and cosmetics. Urinate when you feel the urge, without trying to hold your urine. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (max. 3 sachets/day). This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight, do not expose to local heat sources.
