In addition, Omega 3 and 6 are essential, which means that the body cannot produce them on its own and therefore regular supplementation is necessary.
Oils contained in GymBeam Omega 3-6-9
One dose (2 capsules) contains 800 mg of fish oil, which contains 144 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 96 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Together, these support normal heart function, at a daily intake of 250 mg. In addition, flaxseed and sunflower oil contain a wide range of fatty acids and therefore help with optimal fat intake. It also contains vitamin E, which helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
