The Guzzanti GZ 3621A mini oven is a convection and electric appliance that can replace a conventional oven in smaller kitchens, cottages or offices. With an internal capacity of 42 litres and a power consumption of 1300W, it can handle a wide range of dishes. You can continuously adjust the temperature from 40 to 230°C, which allows for baking as well as making homemade yoghurt, for example. Another feature is steam cleaning, which deals with dirt using just two cups of water and makes maintenance easier.

The mini oven is operated using mechanical rotary dials to set the temperature, programme and timer. The interior liner is enamelled, making it easy to clean. The door is fitted with double glazing and a silicone seal, which helps to maintain a stable temperature inside while reducing the temperature of the outer surface.
