The modern Gogen ME 4900 station with advanced sensor will not only give you professional measurements of wind speed and direction and precipitation. The weather station monitors indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, barometric pressure (absolute and relative), and even dew point or UV radiation. It also has the advantage of tracking the sensible temperature, which gives you a better idea of what the weather will actually feel like than the standard temperature. All measurements are supplemented with a maximum and minimum value recording function and the ability to set alerts for almost every monitored variable. Weather changes under control
The omnidirectional sensor with weather vane, anemometer and rain collector catches your eye at first glance. The weather station measures wind speed and direction, including gusts, and records detailed precipitation by hour, day, week and overall. This gives you a realistic picture of current and longer-term conditions. You'll also find a clear animated weather forecast on the display to give you an indication of what to expect in the coming hours. The time is controlled by a DCF 77 radio signal, so you are assured of maximum accuracy without the need for manual adjustment.
Share data online and on your mobile
GoGEN ME 4900 can share your measured data to international weather networks such as Ecowitt Weather, Weather Underground, Weathercloud or even your own website.
Smart power and easy installation
The main unit is powered by an adapter (included), but runs on battery backup in the event of a power failure. The sensor is solar powered, with battery backup, making it extremely self-sufficient and suitable for outdoor locations without electricity supply
