The board features a digital VRM power system in an 8+2+2 phase configuration. This system delivers stable voltage to the processor and other key components under heavy load. The six-layer, low-loss printed circuit board reduces signal interference. Stable power helps prevent system crashes during demanding operations. The design uses solid pins in the power connectors for reliable current transfer.
Efficient cooling
A passive cooling system protects the power delivery and other sensitive components from overheating. The VRM Thermal Armor Advanced metal heatsinks efficiently dissipate heat into the surrounding area. The M.2 Thermal Guard covers the slot for fast SSDs and prevents the drive's speed from dropping due to high temperatures. The Smart Fan 6 system controls the speed of connected fans based on data from temperature sensors. Users have three fan headers available, with support for both PWM and DC control.
Fast data storage
Four DIMM slots support dual-channel DDR5 memory with a total capacity of up to 256GB. The motherboard works with AMD EXPO and XMP profiles, which makes it easy to set higher frequencies. Fast storage uses two M.2 slots with support for the PCIe 4.0 interface. The pair of M.2 slots is complemented by four classic SATA III connectors with a speed of 6Gb/s. The system lets you create RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10 arrays for secure file storage.
Wireless connection
The MediaTek MT7902 wireless module provides a Wi-Fi 6E network connection in the 2.4, 5, and 6GHz bands. Integrated Bluetooth 5.3 makes it easy to pair with wireless peripherals and mobile phones. A classic wired internet connection is handled by the Realtek RTL8111H gigabit Ethernet controller. Fast network data transfer is complemented by the antenna supplied directly in the package. This gives users a stable, low-latency connection.
Connectivity
On the rear panel, there is a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 connector and a fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port. Graphics outputs are represented by one HDMI 2.1 port supporting 4096×2160 pixels at 60Hz and two DisplayPort 1.4 ports with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels at 144Hz. The board offers fast USB ports of various generations on the rear panel and internal headers. Audio output is handled by a Realtek ALC897 chip with support for 8-channel surround sound.
Installation
The PCIe EZ-Latch and M.2 EZ-Latch features make it easy to install and remove the graphics card and drives without needing any tools. The Q-Flash Plus button lets you update the BIOS with only the power cable connected, without a CPU or memory installed. The EZ-Debug zone signals any problems during computer start-up. The lighting effects are controlled by the RGB FUSION system using four headers for LED strips. Users can customise the settings.
