Giesser messer universal kitchen knife 11 cm purple with a blade made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, hardened to a hardness of 56 Rockwell (+/- 1 degree). The very smooth blade surface improves corrosion resistance and allows the blade to glide easily through the material being cut. Regularly ground waves along the blade allow the knife to pass through hard skins and crusts safely and without slipping. The wave distance (from tip to tip) is 3 mm. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food. The knife is dishwasher safe, but hand cleaning is recommended to protect its blade.
