Active Ingredients
- Collagen protein, which contributes to maintaining healthy bones. Collagen is a fibrous protein that forms the bodies of all animals, representing 30% of all body proteins and making up 70% of the dry weight of joint cartilage. It is of great importance for the structure and integrity of our bodies, is not found in the plant kingdom at all, and is a natural part of the musculoskeletal system, bones, cartilage and joints, determining the mechanical properties of cartilage, primarily its strength and elasticity.
- Gelita® collagen peptides 3000Da are enzymatically cleaved fragments of collagen that have proven biological activity. They nourish connective tissue cells, provide building material and bio-information, stimulate the proliferation of connective tissue cells, and the young cells then increase collagen production.
- Glucosamine sulphate is a substance natural to the body; it is part of the macromolecules that form the amorphous component of the cartilage's intercellular matrix and contains organically bound sulphur.
- Chondroitin sulphate is a substance natural to the body; it is a natural component of the elastic intercellular matrix of cartilage and connective tissues, found in cartilage, bones, the cornea, skin and the arterial wall. It contains organically bound sulphur.
- Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) is a substance natural to the body; it is found in large quantities in synovial fluid (joint lubricant) and skin, where it binds water. It can hold approximately a thousand times its own weight in water and influences the properties of joint fluid and the hydration of connective tissues—joint cartilage, skin, etc. Orally administered high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is well absorbed and has excellent lubricating properties. In contrast, low-molecular-weight fragments of hyaluronic acid have lost their viscosity due to cleavage and do not have the necessary lubricating and other effects in the joints.
- MSM contains organically bound sulphur, which is present in the cross-links of collagen; these disulphide bridges are responsible for the strength and stability of collagen molecules.
- Boswellia Serrata extract from the resin of the tree's bark. Boswellia serrata has been used in Ayurvedic science for over 5,000 years and contributes to the health of bones and joints.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for healthy bones and cartilage and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress – an antioxidant.
- Vitamin E + Selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress – antioxidants.
- Manganese and copper contribute to the maintenance of healthy connective tissues and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress - antioxidants.

Hydrolysed collagen protein (79%), calcium lactate, calcium gluconate, acid: citric acid, glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, thickener: pectin, chondroitin sulphate, flavouring, methylsulfonylmethane, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), colour: beta-carotene, magnesium oxide, maltodextrins, sweetener: sucralose, manganese bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), biotin (D-biotin).
Recommended Dosage
Adults and children from 12 years of age:
12 g - 1 scoop 1× daily
Children from 3 to 12 years of age:
5 g - just under 0.5 scoop 1× daily
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use the enclosed scoop to measure into a dry glass, add cold water (250ml), stir, and drink after it has dissolved. Use for 2 to 3 months. It is advisable to repeat the course 3 times a year; do not interrupt a course once started. Continuous use is possible.
