Deep joint nutrition with clinically tested collagen peptides of 3000 Da. From collagen types I, II, and III. With 100mg of sodium hyaluronan in the daily dose. Cartilage is made up of 70% water, bound in a gel of proteoglycans and held within a network of collagen fibres. Therefore, it is important to stay hydrated. For optimal hydration of your joint cartilage, we recommend drinking 0.03L of pure water per kg of body weight. Throughout the year, you can alternate between different products from the Geladrink® range depending on the current state and needs of your joints.

Active ingredients
- Collagen protein, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Collagen is a fibrous protein that forms the bodies of all animals, accounting for 30% of all body proteins and 70% of the dry weight of articular cartilage. It is of great importance for the structure and integrity of our bodies, is not found in the plant kingdom at all, and is a natural part of the musculoskeletal system, bones, cartilage, and joints. It determines the mechanical properties of cartilage, especially its strength and elasticity.
- Gelita® collagen peptides 3000Da are enzymatically hydrolysed fragments of collagen that have a proven biological activity. They nourish connective tissue cells, provide building material and bio-information, stimulate the proliferation of connective tissue cells, and these young cells then increase collagen production.
- Glucosamine sulphate is a substance natural to the body. It is part of the macromolecules that form the amorphous component of the intercellular matter of cartilage and contains organically bound sulphur.
- Chondroitin sulphate is a substance natural to the body. It is a natural component of the elastic intercellular matter of cartilage and connective tissues, found in cartilage, bones, the cornea, skin, and the arterial wall. It contains organically bound sulphur.
- Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) is a substance natural to the body. It is found in large quantities in synovial fluid (joint lubricant) and the skin, and it binds water. It can hold approximately a thousand times its weight in water and affects the properties of joint fluid and the hydration of connective tissues—joint cartilage, skin, etc. Orally administered high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is well absorbed and has excellent lubricating properties. In contrast, low-molecular-weight fragments of hyaluronic acid lose their viscosity through cleavage and do not have the necessary lubricating and other effects in the joints.
- MSM contains organically bound sulphur, which is present in the cross-links of collagen. These disulphide bridges are responsible for the strength and stability of collagen molecules.
- Boswellia Serrata extract from the resin of the tree's bark. Boswellia serrata has been used in Ayurvedic science for over 5,000 years and contributes to the health of bones and joints.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage, and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress—an antioxidant.
- Vitamin E + Selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress—antioxidants.
- Manganese and copper contribute to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress—antioxidants.

Recommended dosage
Adults and children from 12 years of age:
14g – 1 scoop 1× daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use the enclosed scoop to measure the powder into a dry glass, add cold water (250ml), stir, and drink once dissolved. Use for 2 to 3 months. It is advisable to repeat the course 3x a year; do not interrupt a course once started. Continuous use is possible.
