The basis is biologically active collagen peptides from bovine collagen types I, II, and III with a size of 3000 Da, which are supplemented with an optimal amount of other active ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals, and a high dose of Boswellia serrata extract. The effect can be observed within just 5 to 10 days. The minimum duration of use is 30 days (1 pack), and the optimal duration of use is 90 days (3 packs). It is advisable to repeat the three-month course 3× a year. Continuous use is possible.

Recommended Dosage
Adults: 6 capsules 2× daily, or 12 capsules 1× daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Drink with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably after a meal.
Use for 2 to 3 months. It is advisable to repeat the course 3× a year; do not interrupt a course once started.
Continuous use is possible.
Maintain an adequate fluid intake; it is optimal to drink 0.03L of pure water per kg of body weight to hydrate joint cartilage.
