In-depth joint nutrition with clinically tested collagen peptides 3000 DA. From collagen types I, II, III. With MSM, Sodium Hyaluronan, Bromelain, Curcumin and herbal extracts. Cartilage is made up of 70% water bound in a gel of proteoglycans held within a network of collagen fibres. Therefore, you should maintain a good drinking regime. It is optimal to drink 0.03L of pure water per kg of body weight to hydrate your joint cartilage. Active Ingredients
- Collagen protein, which contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones. Collagen is a fibrous protein that forms the bodies of all animals, accounting for 30% of all body proteins and 70% of the dry weight of joint cartilage. It is of great importance for the structure and integrity of our bodies, is not found in the plant kingdom at all, and is a natural part of the musculoskeletal system, bones, cartilage and joints. It determines the mechanical properties of cartilage, especially its strength and elasticity.
- Gelita® collagen peptides 3000Da are enzymatically cleaved fragments of collagen that have proven biological activity. They nourish connective tissue cells, provide building material and bio-information, stimulate the proliferation of connective tissue cells, and the young cells then increase collagen production.
- MSM contains organically bound sulphur, which is present in the cross-links of collagen; these disulphide bridges are responsible for the strength and stability of collagen molecules.
- Hyaluronic Acid (sodium hyaluronan) is a substance inherent to the body. It is found in large quantities in synovial fluid (joint lubricant) and skin, and it binds water to itself. It can hold approximately a thousand times its own weight in water and affects the properties of joint fluid and the hydration of connective tissues—joint cartilage, skin, etc. Orally administered high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is well absorbed and has excellent lubricating properties.
- Boswellia Serrata extract from the resin of the Boswellia serrata tree bark has been used by Ayurvedic science for over 5000 years and contributes to the normal condition of bones and joints.
- Bromelain is a complex of proteolytic enzymes derived from pineapple.
- Curcumin - Curcumin C3 Complex is a standardised extract of Curcuma longa, which contributes to the normal condition of joints and bones and acts as an antioxidant.
- Bioperine® (standardised black pepper extract) contains the alkaloid piperine, which significantly increases the bioavailability of curcumin in the body. Bioperine® also increases the bioavailability of other extracts, vitamins, and minerals.
- Field Horsetail contains a high amount of bioavailable silicon, contributes to the normal condition of bones and joints, and to their flexibility.
- White Willow contributes to the normal condition of joints and muscles, and to refreshing the body.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin E + Selenium are powerful antioxidants and contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues and to the maintenance of normal bones, and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress—an antioxidant.
- Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress—an antioxidant.

Recommended Dosage
Adults and children from 12 years of age:
13g – 1 measuring scoop 1× a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Using the enclosed scoop, measure the powder into a dry glass, then add water – it can be still or lukewarm. Use for 2 to 3 months. It is advisable to repeat the course 3× a year; do not interrupt a course once started.
