It also includes a training readiness score, which indicates on a scale of 1 to 100 whether it's a good day for more strenuous physical activity. Based on your sleep quality, recovery, training load and other factors, the Garmin smartwatch helps you decide whether it's time to push harder or take it easy.
Practical features of the Garmin smartwatch
