The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu: Deluxe Edition - Xbox Series X
For 4 Players
Venture into the cursed jungle in The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu on Xbox Series X and embark on a cooperative expedition for up to four players. Lovecraftian horrors, growing madness, and the promise of immense wealth hidden deep within the jungle await you at every step.
Reality or Illusion?
The oppressive atmosphere inspired by the works of H. P. Lovecraft gives The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu on Xbox Series X its distinct character. The madness system gradually distorts your perception, warps your senses, and blurs the line between reality and illusion. Unpredictable threats incite paranoia among the expedition members, transforming every exploration into a mentally demanding struggle for survival.
Forces Influencing the Human Mind
Before each journey into the unknown in The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu on Xbox Series X, you will prepare aboard a galleon. You will sign a contract with the captain, acquire equipment in exchange for found treasures, distribute weapons among the group members, and select the area of the jungle to explore. As you move further from safety, dangerous creatures and forces affecting the human mind increase.
TREASURE
Rely on Proximity Chat
Once you step ashore, The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu on Xbox Series X transforms into a thrilling search for the legendary treasure site. You will use proximity voice chat to coordinate your progress, react to unexpected threats, and collect valuables scattered throughout the jungle.
EXPEDITION
Beyond Human Imagination
During expeditions in The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu on Xbox Series X, you will discover abandoned fortresses, retrieve their journals, and unlock new starting points for further expeditions. Each descent into the deeper regions of the cursed jungle brings you closer to the mysterious The Mound, which is said to hold treasures beyond the bounds of human imagination.
TENSION
Riches Lie Hidden Within the Jungle
Lovecraftian creatures and the shifting perception of reality make The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu on Xbox Series X an adventure full of tension. Together with other members of the expedition, you will face unknown forces, overcome psychological strain, and search for the path to the fabled riches hidden in the depths of the jungle.
