THE SECRETS
Betrayal, manipulation and lost ideals
The story of Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion Nintendo Switch begins seven years before the events of the legendary Final Fantasy VII and follows the story of Zack Fair, a young and dedicated soldier from the Shinra Corporation's elite SOLDIER unit. Zack's quest to track down the missing warrior Genesis Rhapsodos gradually turns into a mission that uncovers disturbing secrets about Shinra's experiments and the origins of the First Class soldiers themselves. As the story progresses, the world around Zack crumbles under the weight of betrayal, manipulation and lost ideals. Along the way, he meets not only old friends like Cloud Strife, Sephiroth and Aerith Gainsborough, but also new characters who will change his life forever.
LOCATION
Redesigned and updated locations
Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion Nintendo Switch is not just a conversion of the original game, but a completely reworked title for modern platforms. The graphics have been completely redesigned to high resolution and the individual character models, environments and animations are up to current gaming standards. Each location shines with new details, whether it's the futuristic city of Midgar or the war-ravaged areas beyond. The soundtrack has been remastered and partially re-recorded to perfectly capture the atmosphere of the story, while a redesigned user interface and improved controls deliver a smooth, modern gameplay experience.
SOUBOJE
Randomly generated abilities
The combat system in Reunion has undergone a significant transformation that preserves the core of the original experience while bringing modern dynamics and fluidity. The key element remains the Digital Mind Wave (DMW) system, which functions as a unique combination of game mechanics and narrative tool. This system randomly activates special abilities, attacks or limits depending on Zack's memories and his relationships with other characters. DMW brings more than just tension to the fight, but also a strong emotional dimension, every moment, when a familiar face shows up, is reminiscent of Zack's journey, his dreams and his losses.
FAITH
Truth and loyalty
Zack Fair is a symbol of courage, hope and commitment. His story is based on the contrast between loyalty and truth, between service to the corporation and the search for one's own identity. Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion is not just about fighting and visual splendour, but about humanity, sacrifice and the belief that even in darkness, light can survive. This remaster pays homage to one of the most memorable heroes of the Final Fantasy universe, bringing his fate to a new audience in the most beautiful form ever seen
