After Ragnarök, the realms lie in ruins. In Cloudheim PS5, you take on the role of a Runari warrior, given the chance to restore balance to the world. An action-packed adventure awaits, full of exploration, combat, crafting equipment and building a home high in the clouds.

Action combat full of ideas

The greatest strength of Cloudheim PS5 is its physics-based combat system, inspired by the Zelda and Devil May Cry series. The destructible environment lets you create original attack combinations and turns every battle into an unpredictable spectacle.

A shared adventure and your own shop

In addition to combat, Cloudheim PS5 also offers workshop building, equipment crafting, running a fantasy shop, and online co-op for up to four players. Each expedition brings new opportunities to strengthen your heroes and expand your own base.

ENVIRONMENT

Physics, combos and total chaos

Every battle is built on creativity and using the surrounding environment. In the world of Cloudheim PS5, you can topple pillars onto opponents, lasso enemies into tornadoes, fling them across the map, or send Greeble creatures from cannons straight into the fray. Explosive barrels become effective weapons, and linking abilities creates devastating team combos. Activating Unbridled Chaos mode also allows you to bring teammates into the action, who can be lassoed during battle and made part of the crazy combat situations.

WEAPONS

Restore the world and craft ever-better equipment

Your base is a workshop built on the back of the ancient turtle, Odin Shell, who has summoned the Runari to restore the world. While playing Cloudheim PS5, you craft a huge variety of weapons, armour and special abilities using a clear visual crafting system, so no one has to wait for others to finish their work in a menu. Crafted equipment can be immediately used in combat or sold in your own shop to fund further adventures. Helpers called Blins run the shop, while a creature called Gnasher can swallow found items and, in return, spit out valuable treasures.

EXPEDITIONS

Explore changing islands and dungeons

By opening the Bifröst gates, you unlock new islands and hand-designed dungeons whose layouts change with each visit. This means Cloudheim PS5 always offers new challenges, even when you return to familiar places. Along the way, you will solve puzzles, defeat dangerous opponents, and collect rare loot in the icy mountains of Frostvaldr and the scorching deserts of Dustlanger. Expeditions also lead to the gods, and finding them is one of the main goals of the entire adventure.

CO-OP

Friends, fantastical creatures and relaxing by the water

You can enjoy the adventure alone or in online co-op for up to four players, with everyone unlocking new weapons, abilities, and other playable Runari together. The world of Cloudheim PS5 is brought to life by fantastical creatures that help run the shop or make it easier to get valuables. Between challenging expeditions, fishing is a welcome change of pace, offering a calmer tempo and a pleasant variety to the whole adventure.
