The greatest strength of Cloudheim for Nintendo Switch is its physics-based combat system, inspired by the Zelda and Devil May Cry series. The destructible environment allows you to create original attack combinations and turn every battle into an unpredictable spectacle.

Explosive barrels become effective weapons, and linking abilities creates devastating team combos. Activating Unbridled Chaos mode even lets you involve your teammates in the action, who can be lassoed during battle and turned into part of the crazy combat situations.

WEAPONS

Restore the World and Craft Ever-Better Equipment

Your base is a workshop built on the back of the ancient Odin Shell turtle, who has summoned the Runari to restore the world. While playing Cloudheim for Nintendo Switch, you can craft a huge variety of weapons, armour, and special abilities using a clear visual crafting system, so no one has to wait for others to finish up in a menu. Crafted equipment can be used immediately in battle or sold in your own shop to fund further adventures. Helpers called Blins take care of running the shop, while a creature named Gnasher can swallow found items and regurgitate valuable treasures in return.

EXPEDITIONS

Explore Ever-Changing Islands and Dungeons

By opening the Bifröst gates, you unlock new islands and hand-designed dungeons whose layout changes with each visit. This allows Cloudheim for Nintendo Switch to offer ever-new challenges, even when you return to familiar places. Along the way, you will solve puzzles, defeat dangerous enemies, and collect rare loot in the icy mountains of Frostvaldr and the scorching deserts of Dustlanger. Expeditions also lead to the gods, and finding them is one of the main goals of the entire adventure.
