Thick bottom and LOTAN non-stick coating

The 9 mm thick bottom of the G21 Flop pan is composed of 5 layers. The sandwich design with no air pockets and the peak properties of the individual layers form a perfect whole. The base layer is made of aluminium, followed by a layer of titanium dioxide, a protective layer against corrosion, a ceramic layer and a LOTAN layer, applied by special plasma polymerization, ensures the non-stick properties of the inside of the G21 Flop. This technology increases surface durability and prevents food from burning.

The days of wire mesh are over, washing is easy

The special design of the G21 Flop pan prevents burning or sticking of ingredients and food to the bottom or walls of the pan. You can wash the pan in the dishwasher after use, but it's easier and quicker to rinse with warm water and a little detergent. This saves you time when putting the pan in the dishwasher and waiting for the end of the washing cycle, the pan is ready for use almost immediately.
