Femibion® 1 Planning & Early Pregnancy, a food supplement for pregnancy planning and during weeks 1–12 of pregnancy with choline, folic acid, L-methylfolate, 4-week pack, 28 tablets.
During pregnancy, various nutrients including folic acid are essential for the healthy development of your baby¹. Each stage of Femibion®, from Planning & Early Pregnancy through to breastfeeding, is tailored to the specific needs of each stage of your baby's development, supplying the foetus or baby with essential nutrients. Femibion® 1 has been specially developed to support your health when planning a pregnancy and your baby's health¹ inthe first 12 weeks from conception. Femibion® 1 contains choline, vitamins and minerals with Folic Acid Plus² (folic acid and L-methylfolate), the requirement for which increases in pregnant women, thereby contributing to normal foetal development.¹ At the same time, it is enriched with other substances, such as iron, magnesium and vitamin D, to support your health during pregnancy planning and after conception.¹
Femibion® 1 tablets also contain: choline, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, E, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, iodine, iron and selenium. Featuring practical days of the week marked on the blister pack to help you track your daily dose.

¹Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. Therefore, it is recommended that women supplement with 400μg of folic acid daily for at least one month before conception and up to 12 weeks after.
