Fellow 2602000017 EKG PRO
Kettle Fellow 2602000017 EKG PRO
The next generation Fellow Stagg EKG PRO smart kettle brings precision and control to filter coffee. Based on the award-winning Stagg EKG, it adds features that even the most demanding baristas will appreciate. The main advantage is the high-precision PID controller, which can maintain a stable temperature with a deviation of only ±0.1 °C. This ensures that only the best flavours are extracted from each batch of coffee. Bluetooth connectivity is also a key new feature, using the Fellow App to control the kettle remotely, monitor the current temperature and set different modes.

In addition, the Flow Control function enables extremely precise pouring, which translates into a fuller tasting beverage. Of course, it features fast water heating, a modern interface and a sleek design that combines premium stainless steel with minimalist lines.
Improvements over the original Fellow Stagg ECG
The new Fellow Stagg EKG PRO model brings major improvements over the original version. The biggest innovation is the more precise PID control, which allows even more stable temperature maintenance throughout the cooking process. Bluetooth connectivity and the Fellow app bring users the convenience of remote control and detailed settings, all from a smartphone. There is also the option to store several customised profiles, allowing you to easily switch between different coffees and preparations. Also new is the Flow Control function, which ensures a precise and smooth water flow for better control over extraction.
Customisable cooking settings
The Fellow Stagg ECG PRO puts complete control of your preparation in your hands with a high-resolution colour display and intuitive interface. It makes it easy to schedule the start of heating, perfect for lazy mornings when you want hot water ready before you get out of bed. The wizard mode offers pre-set temperatures for different coffee and tea brewing methods, so you don't have to worry about finding the ideal settings. You can also customize the temperature holding mode, choosing whether the kettle should keep the water hot for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. There is also the ability to adjust the altitude to your location, to prevent unwanted boiling of the water at higher altitudes. And thanks to its Wi-Fi connection, the kettle receives regular firmware updates via the Fellow Updater app, so you can be sure that your kettle is constantly being upgraded and enhanced with new features.
