Far Cry 6 is the sequel to Ubisoft's globally successful action shooter series. The story is set on the fictional island of Yara, which is the largest and most detailed open world the Far Cry series has ever been set in.
Become a resistance leader
The island of Yara is devastated by the economic crisis and a cruel dictatorial regime. Part of the population lives in oppression and poverty, while the other lives in luxury under the protection of the dictator Anton Castillo. Can you kindle the fire of rebellion in the people and spark a revolution?
Animal partners for discomfort
The life of a guerrilla can sometimes be lonely, but you will be playing with animal companions. The star of Far Cry 6 is Chorizo the Dachshund, who has paralysis in his back paws.
The fight is moving into the city
Unlike previous Far Cry installments, we'll also be taking a look at the city, with combat taking place on the rooftops and narrow streets of the capital Esperanza. Guerrilla style combat will force you to make your own weapons and invent new tactics. Far Cry 6 will also offer online co-op for two players.
