The body of the FABINI pans is made of several layers of stainless steel. This construction not only ensures the desired temperature is reached quickly, but above all, that it is distributed evenly across the entire base and sides. This means food cooks evenly without burning in hot spots. The thick base of the pans is fully compatible with all types of cookers, including gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs.

Practical details and easy maintenance

The inside of the pans has a ceramic non-stick surface, which enables you to prepare meals using a minimal amount of fat. The ergonomically shaped handles are welded to the body of the pan, not riveted. This rivet-free design significantly makes cleaning easier, as no food residue builds up around the joints. The pans can also be used for baking in the oven at temperatures up to 250°C.
