FABER IN-NOVA PREMIUM X KL A60

FABER IN-NOVA PREMIUM X KL A60
Thanks to its attractive design, the IN-NOVA PREMIUM KL built-in cooker hood is the perfect combination of contemporary trends and technology. The seamless look is enhanced by the stainless steel bottom panel of the extractor, which conceals dishwasher-safe metal grease filters. However, this panel is not just for aesthetics; it helps you keep the hood clean and also dampens noise. The air is drawn in through a slot around the perimeter of the cover panel. The concentrated airflow moves much faster, allowing it to capture vapours from a wider area around the suction zone. You'll particularly appreciate perimeter aspiration on fully built-in hoods, which never completely cover the hob. The glass hinged front panel reliably protects the cabinet door from vapours produced during cooking. The cooker hood is fitted with a modern EVO ventilation unit, which reduces consumption and noise and operates in energy class A.

Enhance filtration with an additional filter for fine grease particles
A unique feature is the option to adapt the hood for direct connection to a heat recovery system. In this case, the extractor is supplied without a motor and is equipped with an additional grease filter to capture the finest grease particles. Another interesting possibility is to relocate the hood motor outside the kitchen. The REMOTE BLOWER system allows you to convert the hood into a motorless version and, using the original motor, create an external EVJ ventilation unit that can be placed in a utility room, a technical room or in the attic. It can also be connected to a VILPE external roof ventilation unit, which is available in multiple colours, or to the MISTRAL external motor for the facade. In these cases, the technical parameters of the hood are identical to those of the selected external ventilation unit. In all these scenarios, all the hood's functions are retained, operation becomes silent and, in the case of direct connection to a heat recovery system, the house can be certified as passive.
Connect the hood to a FABER hob
The IN-NOVA PREMIUM hood is equipped with a special SELF-START sensor that activates it as soon as the air temperature reaches 35°C. If the sensor detects that the set temperature limit has been exceeded, the hood will switch to the second speed level to ensure optimal kitchen ventilation. The extractor offers three speed levels, an intensive extraction function and a filter saturation indicator. You can control all functions with the low-profile buttons. It can also be controlled with a remote control, which can be purchased as an optional accessory. The hood can also be wirelessly connected to a FABER induction hob via a signal. In this case, you can control it with maximum comfort directly from the hob's control panel. The radio connection between the hood and the Faber induction hob enables the AUTO function, which automatically optimises the suction power according to the selected cooking level. Perfect illumination of the worktop is ensured by two LED lights with a pleasant intensity and very low consumption.
Self Start, remote control and external motor
A special sensor switches the hood on as soon as the air temperature reaches 35°C. The intelligent sensor automatically activates the hood whenever it's needed. Please note: The 35°C temperature required for automatic start-up may not be reached during induction heating. Faber extractors with electronic controls can be used with a remote control for greater ease of use. Radio or infrared technology (depending on the hood type) lets you control all functions remotely, such as switching the motor and lights on or off, or setting the power level. For hoods marked with the External motor icon, the motor can be placed externally, outside the kitchen. This achieves almost silent operation.
Intensive extraction and LED lighting
Increased extractor power can be activated by pressing a button from any speed. It is intended for short-term use. After 10 minutes, the appliance automatically switches back to the speed from which the function was activated. LED lighting creates a strong and crisp light source by combining excellent light distribution on the cooking zone with a pleasant, relaxing intensity. Energy consumption is also very low, at just 2W. This function alerts you when maintenance (washing) of the grease filters is needed, or when the odour filters need replacing (in recirculation mode only). Air is drawn in through a narrowed profile around the perimeter of the suction zone. This significantly increases its flow speed and ability to draw in surrounding vapours (Venturi effect). The panel covering the suction zone prevents noise from the ventilation unit from re-entering the kitchen, reducing perceived noise by 25%.
Sound Pro and heat recovery
Thanks to new technology, turbulence and air vortices in the motor area have been reduced. This has successfully lowered the noise and improved the sound quality of the hood. A hood connected to a heat recovery system prevents heat loss. In the winter months, heat recovery captures up to 90% of the heat that would otherwise be lost, thus meeting the conditions for certifying a house as passive. The system combines the advantages of ducted operation (air exchange) and recirculation operation (prevention of heat loss). The extractor is supplied without a motor, with an additional filter that enables direct connection to a heat recovery system. Thanks to the K-Link function, you can activate automatic control of the hood's power while food is heating by touching the hob's panel. After cooking is finished, the hood automatically switches to silent mode and continues to run for a few more minutes to eliminate residual vapours and odours.
