Pastels and chalks
Professional brown Pitt pastels with stiffness are characterized by high light resistance, easy spread with a finger or brush. Pastels do not contain wax and are recommended to be cut only with a knife. Pitt Monochrome professional chalks are oil-based. Chalks in wood contain pigments of the highest quality, are characterized by high resistance to fading and are suitable for drawing details and fine lines. Unfired chalks are soft, burnt ones are harder and more brittle, so they must be stabilized and are suitable for drawing details and covering larger areas.
