ESTREYA - Menstruation at ease on a natural basis. Contains plant extracts and magnesium.
What does it help
- Kokoschka paste capsule helps to maintain comfort before and during menstruation.
- Turmeric has antioxidant properties. For better absorption and efficacy, we use turmeric in a proprietary, highly absorbable phospholipid complex called Meriva®, which improves the bioavailability of curcuminoids by nearly 30 times over conventional turmeric extract. Meriva® contains 18-22% curcuminoids and is the most clinically and preclinically proven bioavailable formulation of curcumin.
- Magnesium supports normal mental activity, normal nervous system function and normal muscle function. It also contributes to reducing the level of fatigue and exhaustion and to the balance of electrolytes.
Ingredients
Magnesium Hydroxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Meriva® - complex of curcumin and phosphatidylcholine (Curcuma longa L., rhizome, dry extract, soy lecithin) tit. 18-22% curcuminoids; magnesium oxide; Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L., bark, dry extract tit. 95 % proanthocyanidins), Capsella bursa-pastoris (L. ) Medic., herb, dry extract); anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; polishing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid.
Recommended dosage
1-2 tablets per day. For better effect, take the tablets between meals (on an empty stomach), i.e. at least half an hour before a meal and at least two hours after a meal.
Method of administration:
6 days before the start of menstruation, start taking 2 tablets daily (at the same time). After menstruation starts, continue taking one tablet daily for 8 days. Repeat the cycle for at least 3 consecutive months.
