The EMOS GoSmart IP-1150G SNAP IP camera with WiFi and solar panel scans its surroundings in 2880 × 1620 px resolution. This device is designed for outdoor wall installation, where it withstands the elements thanks to its IP44 rating and operates completely without power cables. Power is supplied by an integrated 5200mAh rechargeable battery, which is continuously recharged by the solar panel. Night vision with an IR CUT function is complemented by an additional LED light, and the system reliably detects both motion and sound, sending instant notifications to the mobile app on your smartphone.

GoSmart camera image parameters
The 1/2.7” 5 Megapixel CMOS sensor captures detailed video footage in 2880 × 1620 px resolution. The optical system covers a 135° horizontal angle, which reduces blind spots in the monitored area. The camera uses efficient compression algorithms to save space on the storage media and reduce the data stream, maintaining high image quality with low storage demands. Users also have a privacy mode to temporarily disable recording when they want complete privacy.
Night vision and active deterrence
In low light, night mode activates automatically, using an infrared IR CUT filter for a clearly rendered scene. The maximum night vision range is 10m and it records activity near the property. For increased security and better visibility in complete darkness, there is an additional LED light that illuminates the monitored area. In the event of a disturbance, the camera triggers a built-in siren, which helps to deter unwanted persons on the spot.
Connectivity
The camera connects to the network via WiFi on the 2.4GHz frequency. It is compatible with EMOS GoSmart, TUYA, Smartlife, and open systems, ensuring broad integration possibilities. It can be controlled via the mobile app, available for Android and iOS, which sends event notifications. The camera supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice assistants and uses WebRTC for efficient communication.
Intelligent motion and sound detection
The integrated sensor covers a motion detection angle of 135° with a range of up to 9 metres from the mounting point. Advanced algorithms provide precise human body and animal recognition, which significantly reduces the number of false alarms caused by things like falling leaves or changes in light. The system also reacts to sound detection in the device's vicinity. Users can freely set specific motion detection zones in the interface to customise the system's behaviour to the specifics of their property.
