The ECG canning pot can be used not only for canning, but also for heating in a water bath, to dispense hot drinks, like tea, mulled wine, punch or soup. The inner volume of the pot is 27 l and it can hold up to 22 0.7 l jars. The ECG Preserving Pot also has a preserving rack, which allows you to increase the capacity and place up to 14 jars in 2 layers. Its thermostat can be set from 30 °C to 100 °C. You can also set a timer from 1 to 120 minutes on the blue-backlit digital control panel, which then alerts you when the desired time has been reached with an audible signal. In addition, the ECG pot is equipped with a temperature maintenance function and a continuous operation mode. The stainless steel container from which the pot is made is easy to clean and leaves no trace of odour. For safety, there are two heat-insulated handles on the pot. For dispensing hot drinks, the pot has a built-in spout. The ECG cooking pot is also equipped with a storage compartment for the power cord.
