Psyllium fibre

Psyllium is a soluble fibre that is obtained from the purified seed coats of Indian plantain (Plantago ovata). It grows in Iraq, Pakistan, Australia and especially in India, where the raw material is of the highest quality. It's imported for you from here. Psyllium Dr. Popova increases its volume in the digestive tract up to 40 times. The resulting gel absorbs the excess fluid and by simple swelling (mechanical force like a piston) drains out harmful fumes from the tract. The basis of a clean organism and an integral criterion of good health is a healthy stool every day.

Dosage:
Taking Psyllium Dr. Popova in capsules is very convenient. Simply take 2 capsules 2 times a day, thoroughly washed down with at least 250 ml of water. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules. One capsule contains 607 mg of Psyllium Dr. Popova. The reference intake value is 2.43 g psyllium, 0.06 g cinnamon extract and 0.03 g cream of tartar extract.
