Willow helps people who are experiencing discontent, anger, self-pity and bitterness. Almost everyone has felt powerless in certain circumstances at some point. This Bach flower helps to neutralise these feelings of anger and resentment, restoring a sense of humour and perspective.
Dr. Bach Original Willow
Life isn't treating you well, while others are leading happy lives. This personality type is notoriously dissatisfied. But instead of tackling their problems, they see themselves as a victim of circumstance. They almost enjoy this role, wallowing in self-pity. A person obsessed with these feelings does not take responsibility for their own destiny, but blames others for their dilemma. They bitterly submit to this suffering caused by others. Because they believe that everyone close to them wishes them ill, this bitter person treats others with resentment, anger, envy and unkindness. How the flower helps: Willow helps you to realise your responsibility for your own well-being. The individual concerned will no longer feel wronged.
