The Crab Apple essence brings a healthy sense of order to your experience and releases spontaneous behaviour. It is part of the Rescue Cream. Unlike other Bach essences, it can cleanse on both a mental and physical level. It is therefore suitable, for example, when you are caring for a chronically ill person or doing unclean work.
Dr. Bach Original Crab Apple
Crab Apple is a “cleansing remedy” for the mind and body and is recommended for people who feel an internal or external sense of impurity. However, it can also relate to an exaggerated sense of cleanliness and order, or a compulsive fixation on hygiene and trivial matters. Crab Apple is a great help for people who feel embarrassed by unpleasant physical symptoms such as skin rashes or discharges. They react very dejectedly to unsuccessful treatment (see also Gentian). For skin rashes, Crab Apple can be used externally: as a lotion (a few drops in water), as a compress, or it can be added to a bath (10 drops).
Ingredients
0.2% macerate of Crab Apple flower (Malus pumila), alcohol 27%, water.
Recommended Dosage
Take 4 drops, 4 times a day. Mix with water or drop directly onto the tongue. If necessary, repeat more often throughout the day.

Food supplement. This product is not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Use by the date indicated on the packaging.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of 10–25°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
