Dr. Bach Original Centaury
The Centaury essence helps people who have a weak will and are submissive to stand on their own two feet, to be able to stand up for themselves and say "NO" without feeling guilty. Centaury-type people are usually quiet and shy, tending to be led rather than expressing their own wishes and ideas. They want to please other people. They let themselves be taken advantage of, serve willingly, and are often low on energy and tire easily.
Ingredients
0.2% macerate of Centaury flower (Centaurium erythraea), 27% alcohol.
Recommended Dosage
2 drops in a glass of water - sip as needed, or add to a 30ml bottle and top up with spring water, or drop directly under the tongue.
