DOMO pizza oven with refractory stone
The basis of every great pizza is a quality baking stone, which is why the DOMO oven is equipped with a heat-resistant cordierite stone that is free of PFAS and guarantees even heat distribution. This material perfectly removes moisture from the dough,which gives you an authentic wood-fired pizza texture. The stone can be easily removed, making it easy to clean and maintain.
Digital control
The modern digital touch control of the DOMO oven with clear LCD display offers six programs, to suit different styles of preparation, from Neapolitan pizza, to thin and crispy, to the typical New York pizza. There are also modes for home experimentation (DIY), pan baking or frozen pizza preparation. With a timer for up to 60 minutes and audible signals, you'll have full control over your preparation without having to stand at the oven.
DOMO pizza oven with two heating elements
The ingeniously designed galvanised metal interior is equipped with two stainless steel heating elements that ensure even heating from above and below. The two bodies can be controlled independently, allowing for ideal temperature tuning according to the type of dough or filling. For comfortable and safe use, the DOMO oven is complete with a cooling fan, non-slip feet and a practical pizza peel with wooden handle.which is included in the package.
