Dobry den, vcera syn dostal PS5 pod strom a dnes jsem musel bohuzel konzoli reklamovat - nefunkcni mechanika, ktera nenacetla ani jeden z peti originalnich disku k PS5. Zkousel jsem jak v tovarnim nastaveni tak s aktualizaci a nic. Jak dlouho takovou reklamaci obvykle resite? Vezmete jinou a poslete nebo se to opravdu bude opravovat?

Dobrý deň, prosím aký model/modelový rad PS5 zasielate? CFI-1216A, CFI-1116A alebo staršie? Predsa len sa jednotlivé modely trochu líšia v spotrebe, váhe atď.. hoci výkonovo sú zrejme identické.
